　　錫崖溝太行民俗村位于距陵川縣城60公里的古郊鄉東端晉豫兩省交界處，總面積約15平方公里。自古以來，因周圍地勢險要，溝里人幾乎于外界隔絕，60年代，他們不甘閉塞，向大山宣戰，經過30年的不懈努力，終于在懸崖峭壁上鑿出了一條長7.5公里的“之”字形掛壁公路，創造了人間奇跡，成為罕見的人文景觀，享譽全國。這里有許多天然溶洞，如黃龍洞、蒼龍洞、黃巢洞、新砦洞等。

　　棋子山，又名謀棋山，位于距陵川縣城10公里的侯莊鄉東北。棋子山山勢平緩，主峰海撥1488米。山上松樹成林，山清水秀，風景優美。經國家有關部門考察論證， 陵川棋子山均為中國圍棋發源地。棋子山方圓數十里之內，顏形成酷似班固《奕指》及《圍棋辭典》所稱的天然棋石俯拾即是。該區主要景點有箕子洞和象天枰�；�子洞是陵川縣“棋子山旅游度假區”規劃中的重要景點之一，相傳是圍棋鼻祖商代箕子推演天文、占卦卜筮、謀棋消閑之所。陵川縣文為流傳的葦水村李老爹觀棋“爛柯”的故事就發生在這里。該洞洞深約10米，高4米左右，洞內巖石上有一處極似圍棋棋盤線條的痕跡并有像圍棋棋子印了去的凹痕。洞內清泉四季奔流，洞外壁上刻有中國棋院院長陳祖德題“箕子洞”。象天枰也是陵川縣“棋子山旅游度假區”，規劃的重要景點之一，主體工程長42米，寬33米，建筑面積1386平方米粉，棋盤為21米×21米，號稱“天下第一枰”。1998年7月13日，中國棋院院長陳祖德和中國圍棋總教練、“棋圣”聶衛平為“象天枰”進行了揭幕，并在巨型棋枰上進行了圍棋表演。
